For just $1,200 (roughly $35 per week based on 2025 growing season) let us take over your green-scape on up to 0.20 of an acre for the ENTIRE YEAR! That is mowing, edging, trimming bushes and trees, and even cleaning up the leaves in the spring/fall!

That gets you an as needed service schedule, where we take care of your yard on a comprehensive level, with a basic schedule- we will do it when it needs it. Spring time with lots of water? We will come more often. Scorching summer heat? We will raise our blades and slow it down to prevent burning your lawn. On average, most customers can expect 34+ visits in a year, though different yards may need different schedules.

Why a single up front number? 40% of our office time in 2025 was chasing down payments. We realized that we can drastically reduce our overhead, and your price, by charging everything up front, and eliminating an entire office position (worry not, they are still with the company, but will be enjoying the sunshine rather than being stuck at a desk.

Cant afford the up front price? We understand this plan is not for everyone. Unfortunately, eliminating that office position means we do not have the personnel to do post paid service, however monthly and split season payments are available for an additional fee.

What if you guys quit showing up? While we are new to the community, we are not new to the work, and our record speaks for itself. We started in Idaho, and though we have been gone for two years now, we are still receiving calls from customers begging us to come back and open another branch there. Our last two years in Idaho saw a 100% retention rate on customers who still lived within our service area, with just two customers moving away that did not renew for our final year. If we are unable to fulfill your contract, you will be refunded on a prorated basis, but since that has not happened since our owner started landscaping in 2004, it is unlikely that it will happen this year.

How are you able to charge such an absurdly low price? By booking everything up front, handling customer contacts through email, buying our materials in bulk, and using quality machines that are maintained to the highest of standards, we are able to reduce our overhead by roughly 35-45% compared to traditional lawn companies, who spend so much time and money on advertising, that they have to charge that back to you to recover that money. Further, we shrink our service area down to the smallest practical area to reduce demand, fuel costs, and labor spent just driving around, and our owner David is out working as well, which ensures the highest quality standards are met, without having to pay an owner who never shows up to work.

Is there anything that is NOT included in that price? The only parts of a standard lawn that are not covered by this plan, are your hardscapes (rocks, gravel, concrete, etc) water features (fountains, ponds, etc) and things that cannot be anticipated, such as pre-existing conditions like tree rot or marshy soils and acts of God like wind or ice storms. Everything else will be maintained as outlined in your contract, which will be a little different for each person as we Curate a custom plan to perfectly fit your exact needs.
